Service Description:

The Provincial Government and Blueberry River First Nation (BRFN) have agreed on the first of the plans in the Gundy Complex HV1-C area with the “Gundy Complex Protection Zone”. B.C., Blueberry River First Nations take next step to heal land, balance industry interests | BC Gov News

The BC Energy Regulator will be required to follow the Gundy plan with respect to new oil and gas development and will develop guidance materials and application procedures for oil and gas companies proposing new oil and gas activities within the plan area.
